WHS Management System

The Construction Site Management Pack for principal contractors is a fully detailed document. It gives you a very detailed method to state the expectations of how your workers, contractors, visitors and most importantly yourself are to behave when on Company property or performing Company related activities. As a Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) or responsible contractor, it is required by law that you provide your employees and contractors with a "safe system of work". This means that you require a detailed method of how you will communicate and implement your way of working safely to any persons on your site. This process is based upon your Workplace Health & Safety Management System.

• Aligns with key elements from AS/NZS 4801, OHSAS 18001

 

Site Safety & Environmental Management Plan

This plan describes effective Subcontractor Site Management, specifically when it comes to the arrangements for planning your WHS, inspections and most importantly, risk management on and around your work sites.

Worker Induction Handbook

This is a site-specific induction that should be undertaken by employees prior to the commencement of any works on your worksite. This handbook will help them to understand the various hazards, risks, controls and safety rules that apply to a worksite. The handbook also contains a Site Plan, WHS Statement, Organisational Chart, Site Safety Rules and Induction Checklist.
