Every Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS), Site Safety Management Plan (SSMP), and trade package purchased from SWMS.info comes with a perpetual, royalty-free, multi-project commercial license for your purchasing business entity. You do not need to re-purchase per job, site, or year.
1. Permitted Uses (What You Can Do)
- Unlimited Project Deployments: Use, customize, and submit the documents for any number of residential, commercial, industrial, or civil tenders and active projects under your business name.
- Custom Branding & Adaptation: Add your company logo, trade license numbers, principal contractor details, site-specific hazards, and project manager contacts in Microsoft Word (.docx).
- Worker & Subcontractor Distribution: Print physical copies for site notice boards (including our A4 landscape safety posters) and distribute digital PDF copies to your site supervisors, workers, apprentices, and subcontractors for daily inductions and toolbox talks.
- Statutory & Client Submission: Submit customized documents to principal contractors, Tier-1 builders, clients, and statutory workplace health and safety inspectors (SafeWork, HSE, OSHA) for job approvals.
2. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses
- No Resale or Sub-Licensing: You may not resell, sub-license, rent, lease, or charge third parties for access to raw or editable SWMS.info template files.
- No Public Web Publishing of Raw Templates: You may not upload blank or uncompleted editable Word (.docx) templates to public file-sharing networks, torrents, or public document repositories.
- Single Purchasing Entity: Each license is granted to the individual sole trader, partnership, or corporate company purchasing the template. If operating multiple distinct unrelated corporate entities, separate licenses should be obtained.
