We collect information necessary to process orders, deliver digital safety templates, manage course enrolments, issue accredited digital certificates, and provide customer support. This includes name, email, company details, and transaction references.
2. Secure Payment Processing
We do not store complete credit card or payment credential numbers on our servers. All financial transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL and processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Stripe / eWAY).
3. Public Certificate Verification Data
When a learner completes an accredited course, their name, course title, completion date, and unique certificate ID are stored in our secure verification ledger to allow employers and site auditors to verify authenticity.
